I really like lilysilk but…..

I really like lilysilk but I’m a little disappointed with the pajamas. The bottoms fit wonderfully but the top is a little tight. If I’d bought larger size so top fit bottoms would have been huge. I’m keeping and I’ll wear bottoms but use top when I’ve got company.

I really love the shirt

I really love the shirt. Yes it runs small (fitted some) but it is wonderful to wear. Very soft silk crepe de chine that looks fantastic. I purchased to wear with nice slacks to evening events but now I wear it with everything anywhere. Shorts, jeans, chinos. Washes well and irons great. I own white and I am buying black

I loved receiving the beautifully…

I loved receiving the beautifully packaged order from LilySilk! Felt so luxurious.
I cannot say the same about the turtleneck, as everytime I wear it, it's so scratchy on my neck like wool, not a cashmere - I never had that problem before so I am unsure why this "luxurious" cashmere is doing this to me.

Excellent

Excellent.
This is the second time I have ordered clothes from lilysilk.com
The shirts are beautiful, the size suits me and thank God there was no need to return them.
I also ordered a cashmere sweater.
The sizes are realistic.
I waited a little longer for things to arrive, but that's okay.
Customer service is excellent.
Definitely a recommendation for lilysilk.com

a lovely experience

a lovely experience. beautiful shirts and they arrived much quicker than expected - I live in a small rural town 3 hours drive from the city so mail can be slow.
I am very happy with the quality and feel (I get itchy skin so that is why I choose silk) THANK YOU

I really wanted to order a size 3XL and…

I really wanted to order a size 3XL and was told that I couldn’t but rather had to have a custom order which couldn’t be returned. The item does fit but I haven’t worn it to bed yet, you actually need a bigger and looser fit for wearing in bed as you are horizontal not vertical and need more space. I have ordered 3 of the 3 XL before and had been most happy with them. Latest custom one not so much. Silk is an expensive item, you need to be totally happy with it, and I am not totally happy

Lovely soft silk

Lovely soft silk, and fits very nicely. I bought the "Dark Gray" which I would say is more like pewter -- but that is in fact better! It's a more interesting hue than it looks in the photo.

The two silk blouses I purchased is the black with rhinestones and the beige with gold chain. I just love the contrast between the two. I also love black and gold which I will purchase soon I think. I love the texture and how it feels on my skin. What a statement these two pieces make. Love them!

Hi, how is the quality?

A:

Very poor. I think the fabric is satin, not silk. It is rough to the touch and doesn't breathe the way real silk does.

I purchased 1 blouse, first time buyer, and found the quality to be less than acceptable: thin, smells of chemicals, and cut short in the front (I'm 5.7,138, fit build). I find Banana Republic has far better quality silk than this place. I wouldn't pay LilySilk prices for their products.

I think they are a scam in that they advertise their items as 100% silk and it is, at best, a silk blend.

I concur with Gem K and Amanda S. The quality is just not there. I've actually purchased better quality from Banana Republic. If you want quality, pay for it by purchasing from a reputable name.

The company is real and I have order lot of products, which are really high quality, not only material and design but also quality of sawing. You just need to be carefull how you wash this products, only with special for silk developed detergents, otherwise will not last for long.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at LilySilk?

A:

Agree, its all automated so you better like what you purchase or you may have a difficult time returning/exchanging. Maybe thats their intention?

A:

As you say they are quite responsive to emails it normally takes them 24-48 hours to reply which isn't too bad however they are automated replies so it's unhelpful. You might as well speak to a brick wall.

It is impossible. They're only reply to emails is automated and they do not respond after that. They do not answer the phone number posted on the site.
